General terms and conditions

Orders and sales are made by e-mail and face-to-face.
Product prices may fluctuate due to changes in raw material prices and inflation.
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or contactless payment prior to delivery.
If you need a laboratory document to confirm the conformity of a product, don't hesitate to contact us by e-mail. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

General terms and conditions for delivery times

Always allow 7 days for production + delivery.
We currently deliver mainly to the Brussels Capital region. Outside Brussels, delivery is mainly by parcel. For delivery rates, please contact us by e-mail.
Delivery days and times are negotiable by e-mail.
No delivery charges will be levied for collection from the production site in Vilvoorde..
LDelivery is made by the company in an isothermal bag to preserve the freshness and quality of our products.

General conditions for returns and refunds

No returns or refunds will be accepted on or after the day of delivery unless there is a production fault, such as damaged goods or goods not fit for consumption, and this can be proved by the customer.
Furthermore, Shooting Sweets accepts no responsibility for any failure to comply with storage instructions.
The intentional use of our products to contravene laws and restrictions on alcohol in Belgium may result in the complete cancellation of all current and future orders and deliveries without refund.
